An estimated one in 133 Canadians suffers from celiac disease and must avoid all foods that contain gluten. Finding gluten-free foods to eat can be a challenge. The Manitoba Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA) is hosting the largest Gluten-Free Food Fair on June 5 from 1:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Victoria Inn at 1808 Wellington Avenue. This fair is occurring in conjunction with the three day CAA national conference, "Celiacs at the Centre of it All," featuring lectures from tops experts on celiac disease.
