Canada Safeway is partnering with Muscular Dystrophy Canada during the month of August to help make muscles move.

In the past few years, Safeway has raised $2.3 million for the Safeway Mobility Grants program that supports research and benefits children and adults living with neuromuscular disorders.

On Thursday, August 12, head down to the Osborne Village Safeway at 499 River Avenue at 2:00 p.m. for a fun Make Muscles Move Challenge, and don’t forget to donate to the worthy cause the next time you buy groceries.
